Andrew is the Organizer and Founder of the company. For over twenty -five years; Andrew has been involved in the Financial Planning / Insurance / Retirement Strategy Industry and has specialized in the Federal Government and Uniformed Personnel retirement systems. Because of his unique approach to teaching retirement- related topics, Andrew has been recognized by numerous Federal Executive Boards, Unions, Associations, and Federal agencies across the country. FESC and FESC Financial also work with various companies in helping develop special programs and products to help assist Federal and Government employees with their retirement planning.
Michael J. Mason
Sr. Vice President Government Affairs
Worked for over 39 years in the Federal Government. Held a number of executive level positions in the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of The Treasury, the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security. Certified FEMA Instructor-taught a variety of FEMA courses to Houston area federal agencies to improve continuity. Worked closely with FEMA and Federal law enforcement agencies during Hurricans Katrina, Rita and Ike, coordinating the Federal responses. Served as Director of the Houston Federal Executive Board for 13 years, providing a variety of low cost and no-cost training to the federal community.
